In May 2023, the company invested over 2.5 million dollars in a horizontal well - drilling campaign in the Chip Lake area with West Point Resources Ltd.

In June 2024, an investment of over 5 million dollars was made in DeerGarden Resources Ltd. for reactivating suspended wells and drilling two wells in the Cold Lake area.

In February 2025, the company acquired an asset in Lloydminster from a public company listed on the Toronto Exchange. Currently, it is in the process of forming a management team to expand its oil and gas development business in Canada.
